WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

WHY CAN'T I CHECK OUT IF THE ORDER VALUE IS LESS THAN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT?

Some payment providers may require a minimum order value to complete checkout. Please ensure your cart meets the required amount before placing an order.

Once your payment is successful, your order is confirmed immediately. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

If a product is unavailable or cannot be added to cart, it may be out of stock or temporarily disabled. Please try again later or contact support.

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, the order is processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
