Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
- The item is defective or damaged
- The wrong item was received
- The product is significantly different from the description
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference
Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
How to Request
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- Description of the problem

Refund Processing
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your card provider
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed and cannot be changed.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information
- Items may have slight variations due to lighting and screen display differences
